All policies and procedures can and will be changed at the discretion of Redbud Body Care ™

Types of Payment

· Redbud accepts payments on the Redbud website through Paypal.

· Please mail any check payments with your order. Orders will be shipped after receipt of payment.

· Net 30 day will be available to wholesale accounts at the end of 2010.

· A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks, as well as full payment of your order. At that time payment through the          website (PayPal) will be required.

 

Wholesale

· Please contact info@redbudbodycare.com

· Wholesale accounts need to submit proof of resale license via internet or mail.

Returns & Exchanges

· Due to the freshness of ingredients in Redbud Body Care ™, any items that have been opened  may not be              returned.

· Unopened products may be returned or exchanged at the expense of the purchaser within one month of              purchase.

· Proof of purchase will be required for any exchanges. If an exchange is required due to an error made by              Redbud Body Care ™, the exchange will be at the expense of Redbud Body Care ™; however, if the error              was made by the customer, the expense will be incurred by the customer.

· Refunds will be made by check and mailed by Redbud Body Care ™

o Tuesday 12 am - 4 pm

o Wednesday 9 am – 6 pm

o Thursday 12 pm - 4 pm

o Friday 9 am - 4 pm

o Redbud Body Care ™ will be closed on all major Federal holidays.

· Shipping & Handling

· Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday.

· Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt.

· We ship via FedEX or UPS Ground

Redbud Body Care ™ recycles - We do the utmost to recycle the byproducts, paper and packaging. 

We ask that you do the same.

 

· All of our ingredients are safe for the environment. The ingredients can be readily used for composting if your products go beyond the expiration date.

· Reuse the jars and bottles.

· Send back your used packaging for discounted product.

· Take care of yourselves, family and the environment.
